 Duties and responsibilities :  Acupuncture, a traditional Chinese medical art it involves inserting fine needles at points on the body's surface to influence physiological functions . Most acupuncturists have master's degrees or graduate certificates from accredited acupuncture programs. Most states require licensing or certification, and their regulations vary.

Salary : $49K annually

Education :  Most acupuncture and TCM training programs require students to have a bachelor's degree. While the degree can be in any subject, classes in physiology, anatomy, biology and psychology will help prepare aspiring acupuncturists for successful careers.
